1st judicial court - Golden, Colorado

The 1st Judicial Courts Probation Division select The MMS Companies for converting all of their stored PROBATION CASE FILES. MMS converted/digitized the following files & records:

·        Juvenile Case Files

·        Criminal Records

·        Mis-Demeanor Case File

·        Traffic Files

·        Youth Corrections Screening

·        Sex Offender records and more

Over a 2 ½ year period, MMS worked with the Probation Team at both the Courts Location in Golden and the 1st District Remington Center processing/converting over 500 boxes of case files.

Following a Client planned schedule, MMS picked up, prepped, scanned, quality control reviewed, converted, loaded and delivered completed files in a searchable PDF format on an external hard, allowing staff members to have quick and easy access to requested records.

RTD - Denver’s Regional Transportation District

Over the past 5 years MMS staff has work with RTD on the following:

·        Conversion of HR Records

·        Accident Reports

·        DATA MIGRATION routines and procedures

·        Indexing and importation of files into the LASER-FICHE System

United States Treasury Department

In 2018 the United States Treasury posted an RFP nation-wide and MMS was selected.

After passing various back-ground checks and obtaining the proper security clearances, the MMS Team worked on-site, and over a 3-month period MMS processed and converted:

·        Floor Plans (Large Format A-B-C-D-and E size documents)

·        Blueprints

·        Machinery Drawings

·        Various Other Federal Records
